Morning Blend

The perfect way to ease into a fresh new week! This all-levels practice blends elements of flow (synchronizing movement with breath) with slower, longer held postures. You can expect to explore mobility of all major joints with playful exercises to inspire curiosity and build confidence.

Gentle Flow

Gentle Flow is open to all levels of practice and abilities and is especially great for beginners or those searching for the therapeutic benefits of yoga. This soothing gentle practice focuses on moving slowly into basic yoga poses while using the breath as a tool to remain present and mindful.

Yin

This class is perfect for all yogis. It can stand alone as it's own practice, or it's a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.

Hips + Backs

Get hip about your flexors and increase mobility in your spine! Believe it or not, they go hand in hand and most of us carry a majority of our stress in one or the other. This hour-long practice will focus on making your hips happier and blissing out your back.

Rise + Renew

Begin your day with purpose, breath and movement. An all-levels light flow moving into gentle shapes to finish. Spend time to explore sensation and spirit to feel restored and ready for the rest of the day.

Slow Flow

Step onto your mat for a practice marrying breath with movement. Explore both traditional Hatha shapes and variations as you move slowly with purpose. Expect to start slow, build internal heat, and end with deeply relaxing asana.

Young at Heart (50+ yoga)

Join us for an upbeat but body-respecting yoga class designed for 50+ yogis. Great for regaining or maintaining basic fitness, coordination, body awareness, joint stability, strength, balance and zest for life. No yoga experience necessary!

Hatha

Delve into static and dynamic postures, pranayama, chakra awareness and deep relaxation. Our Hatha classes are open to students of all levels. Modifications are given for more challenging postures. Each class is balanced to give you a full-body glow while focusing on the breath.

Vinyasa Flow

With an emphasis on syncing movement and breath, this class is designed to warm you up from the inside out. You can expect a nice + steady pace, guiding your mind and body into a moving meditation. Each class will be a different experience based on your teacher’s creative choice and background to bring you to new depths and your edge on that particular day. This class will meet you wherever you are in your own personal practice. All are welcome. Trust us, you belong here.

Breathe + Bend

Take time in this powerful practice  to find emotional and physical balance through restorative movement, mindful breath work and visualization. With an emphasis on gently releasing tension and bringing your body and to a state of ease, it’s the perfect practice to restore your inner and outer self. When practiced regularly, restorative yoga can serve as a tool to help manage the effects of chronic mental and physical stress.

Sleepy Time

This all-levels class is designed to prime you for bedtime. If you’ve been looking for a Sunday night routine to help you transition gracefully from your weekend to a deep sleep, this class is for you. Expect a slow flow to help rinse tension from your joints and lengthen your muscles. We then transition into a slower paced restorative practice to settle your mind and bring ease to your body.

Please enjoy a complimentary post practice sleepy time tea on us!

Deep Release

Deep Release is a practice that blends the yogis concepts of matching movement with breath and then ultimately steeping and simmering in longer holds. You can expect to experience traditional postures, along with other slow dynamic movements and restorative poses.

By releasing tension in body and mind, it’s the perfect practice to end your day and set you up for a restful evening.

This class is appropriate for all levels including those new to yoga and seasoned yogis.
