Total Barre
Total Barre is a 45 minute dynamic workout that combines elements of fitness, pilates, yoga and dance and transforms the body from head to toe.
With high-reps and low-impact movements, barre challenges anyone looking to fine-tune their muscles—no dance experience required.
This class will focus on strength training, endurance, core and flexibility.
Please attend barefoot or with grip socks.
