Young at Heart: 50+ Spin
Join us for an upbeat, body-respecting 35 minute spin class designed for 50+ movement lovers. Move and groove to familiar music while safely challenging your cardiovascular endurance. This is great for anyone looking for a low-impact fitness option to improve overall strength, mobility and coordination. This class is currently being offered as a 4 week registered session, drop-ins will not be permitted. All ages and abilities are welcomed and encouraged.
