Ride n’ Grind
Early bird gets the FREE coffee! This 35-minute, high-intensity + full body workout is perfect for early risers who like to kick start their day with positivity. But seriously, you can grab a free cup of java on your way out the door.
Psycle 35
Buckle up! This class will take you on a 35 minute rhythm-based journey of intense cardio. The beats will drop + so will the beads of sweat. Every pedal stroke is intentional, while focusing on empowerment & transformation.
Psycle 45
This class will take you on a 45 minute rhythm-based journey of intense cardio + weights. The beats will drop + so will the beads of sweat. Every pedal stroke is intentional, while focusing on empowerment & transformation.
Spin + Yin
The PERFECT combination. Get your heart racing for a 30 minute sweat sesh and then transition to the yoga studio for 50 minutes of yin, a style of yoga focusing on lengthening deep connective tissues. We offer these classes back-to-back on the schedule approximately 4 times per week for you to experience this beautiful balance.
*Just note these are two different class bookings, but you can purchase a Psycle + Yin drop-in pass that will allow you to book twice or snag an unlimited pass/membership!
Studio Etiquette
Be on time. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to you ride. We know life happens, but please make yourself and your practice, a priority.
Be respectful. Please be mindful of one another. Allow others to get into the zone by refraining from unnecessary chit chat.
Be present. Please do not bring any electronics into the studio.
Be tidy. Only take into the spin studio what you need. We provide complementary lockers, lock are available at the front desk.
Be kind. Proper spin technique will be demonstrated throughout your ride. Listen to your body, not your ego. You body knows best.
Be humbled. Spining is stinkin’ hard. Every time you ride, your experience will be different. We’re all just working towards our personal best.
