Studio Scoop

  • Please arrive at least 15 Minutes prior to you class.

  • Please refrain from bringing you cell phone into class. We love a good selfie, but save that for after class. We prefer being tagged when you’ve got your post practice glow.

  • All pre and post chit chat should happen outside of the studio. Common spaces like the cafe, lounge + loft area are where we recommend connecting with one another.

  • We have yoga mats available for rent.

  • Your spin shoe rental is included in your drop-in. If you happen to have your own, we use SPD clips.

  • You are responsible for booking + cancelling your class reservations, should you not be able to make it. Please scroll down to see our cancellation + no-show policy.

  • You can sign-in + manage your Momence account through our website or for ease and accessibility, download the Momence app. Apple or Android

  • Please do not attend class if you’re feeling unwell

  • Rude, discriminatory, abusive or disrespectful language or action towards Breathing Room staff or clients is not tolerated. Oh and we give petty gossip two big thumbs down too.

  • Spin participants must be a minimum of 16 years old

  • Children between the ages of 12-16 must be accompanied by an adult to all yoga classes. Please ensure he/she is attending an appropriate class for their maturity level. We require full studio etiquette to be followed by all guests at all times, regardless of age.

Booking Policy

  • Please arrive 15 mins before your scheduled class.

  • Late studio entry to spin or yoga is not permitted. We start and end each and every class together.

  • Please do your best to pre-book your classes. Pre-booking allows instructors an opportunity to plan accordingly and provide you the best possible experience.

  • Walk-ins are welcome. However, if class is full you will have to wait to see if a guests cancels their reservation.

  • We require a credit card on file for all bookings in the case of a late cancel or no-show.

No-show and Late Cancel Policy – Effective August 1, 2024

  • We have a 4 hour cancellation policy for yoga & spin classes. 

  • A no-show / late-cancel fee will apply if you do not cancel your class reservation in the Momence app 4 hours before class begins.

  • Clients will be granted two “free” no-shows and two “free” late-cancels. The no-show and late-cancel fee will be charged on your third no-show / late-cancel and each no-show / lae-cancel, thereafter. 

  • Clients with auto-renew memberships will see the $15 no-show fee charged to the credit card on file.

  • Clients using a punch pass or a pre-purchased drop in, will have one class deducted from their pass.

Waitlist Policy

  • Our waitlists move quickly! If class is full, pop your name onto the waitlist, there’s a good chance you’ll get it.

  • Make sure you have your text message notification turned on within your Momence app.

  • When a spot opens, every wait-lister gets the same text message that a spot is available. The first to respond gets the spot and is added to the roster.

  • Just like all bookings, you are responsible for cancelling your reservation. This will open up your spot to another person on the waitlist.

Expiration Policy

  • All drop-in classes are valid for 30 days from which it was purchased.

  • 5 + 10 punch cards are to be used within 6 months of purchase

Auto-renew Cancellation Policy

  • If your agreed upon contract term is not fulfilled, a $150 cancellation fee must be paid to cancel your membership. A cancellation form must be submitted for one of our team members to fulfill this request.

  • All auto-renews are renewing. If you’ve fulfilled your contract terms and longer wish to continue, you will be responsible for communicating this with one of our team members and submitting a cancellation request.

Return + Refund Policy

  • We do NOT offer refunds on drop-ins, class passes, memberships or workshops.

Lost + Found

  • Breathing Room does NOT assume responsibility for any lost or stolen items.

  • Items left in rented spaces (yoga mats/props) are left at your own risk.

  • Please ensure all valuables are locked in a complimentary locker. Come see us at the front desk and we’ll swap your car keys for a lock.

  • Lost and found items add up. In order to keep our space clean and tidy, items left in the lost and found will be donated after a 3 month period.
