Spin Teacher Training

Ever find yourself choreographing songs on the radio, pumping and dipping in the car? Have you thought about becoming a teacher? Maybe you just want to deepen your riding experience; well, we have created a three module instructor training with you in mind.

Please note, although the training is required to be offered a teaching position, taking the training does not guarantee a position at Breathing Room at this time.

Fridays 6-8pm

Saturdays 12-5pm

Sundays 11:30 - 4:30pm

  • Module 1 - May 5, 6 + 7

    Bike set up + safety and the science behind tracks. You will master jumps, climbs, sprints, races, choreo and maybe even the double dip!

    Module One can be taken on it’s own and is an excellent way to deeper your ride.

    Module 1 investment: $149

  • Module 2 - May 12, 13 + 14

    Here we will dive into music, motivating, and how to build playlists.

    Module 2 investment: $249

  • Module 3 - June 2, 3 + 4

    We will learn how to put a good weight track together, go through stretching and then get into some drills! You will have the choice here to get on the mic and take your new skills for a ride.
